 Cellnetrix and A1 Systems signed a strategic partnership agreement on SIM OTA management service
A1 Systems (http://www.a1-systems.com/), Russia's leading vertically integrated mobile VAS / SDP provider, and Cellnetrix (http://www.cellnetrix.com/), an independent developer and provider of software for secure embedded platforms including the subscriber identity module (USIM) for mobile networks, today announced a strategic partnership agreement on providing services for remote SIM-card updates(SIM OTA).
Under the agreement, the partners agreed that the activities of the two companies for the joint OTA-campaigns will be carried out by experts and technical capacities of A1 Systems. The agreement enables Cellnetrix to focus on their core business - the development of embedded operating systems, and secure applications for mobile networks and the Internet, while providing a high level of OTA-management service to its clients thanks to experience and knowledge of A1 Systems. The two sides expressed confidence that this partnership will enhance the quality of service, reliability, availability, and will be welcomed by the market.
