The GSM Association recommends the use of the Preferred roaming partner
file (PLMN) and Forbidden PLMN (FPLMN) files on the SIM card to manage your partnerships. Cellnetrix easyRoam solution provides the functionality to control those files depending on subscriber group and current tariff agreements to do roaming steering effectively.
