It was in October 2006 when a small group of smart card experts started a new smart card venture targeted on development of next generation secure embedded solutions. Although it may seem that the company has been established only recently, several years have passed already from the day Cellnetrix started its operations. Following the growing demands for embedded security Cellnetrix from the very beginning focused on secure embedded operating systems based on Java technologies and related trusted applications
 

Milestones of the company

   
2006.  Cellnetrix was established as an R&D company focused on the outsourced embedded software development for smart cards and related professional services

2007.  In order to address global market demands Cellnetrix opened an office in Hamburg, Germany. Company gets an international status with an office in Germany and R&D center located in Russia

2008.  After successful completion of several smart card development projects the company concentrated on secure embedded solutions based on such standards as Java Card  and ETSI UICC complying with modern requirements for convergence, network connectivity and interoperability

2009. Cellnetrix released CellSIM OS, world’s first smart card UICC-based operating system freely licensable in binary and source form royalty-free, deeply customizable to particular product requirements and fully based on Java Card 2.2 standards.

2010. Today we deliver our customers, silicon and hardware manufacturers, telecom operators, software vendors and services providers, secure embedded software solutions based on internal know-how and experience.
